What's new?

The Salesforce Submittals document handling has been updated to automatically retrieve all Contact Documents and files shared with a Candidate. The Account Setting for ATS Candidate Document Entity now supports multiple values, enabling the system to retrieve Candidate files from additional sources beyond the primary entity.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement streamlines the submittal process by ensuring that Salesforce Submittals users have access to all relevant Candidate files directly within the Submit to VMS form.
